I just adored this session. I’ve known this family for years and they have a special place in my heart, so when Sarah called me up and said she wanted me to take their family photos I was pumped. I’ve seen her girls grow older and older through the years and it reminded me just how quickly time does fly by. After practicing photography for a few years now and seeing the same families year after year and watching their kids get bigger and bigger… and bigger it is a constant reminder how precious our time is with our babies(they will always be our babies). It goes so stinkin’ fast. (Cue the tears as I start to sob thinking about my own boys)
Any who, enough of that serious stuff. Back to the Chappa family session 🙂 Three reasons I likes this session:
1.) It was back in October and it was actually bearable to be outside. Double thumbs up to that fact.
2.) The Chappas are super photogenic – which made my job incredibly easy. I just stood back and snapped the camera while their beautiful smiles beamed back at me.
3.) The Chappas had CHEMISTRY with one another! I could tell right away that they are truly a happy and funny family. I can do everything from making sure the light is right, good posing, and give my cues to make people laugh and loosen up, but I cannot force a family to have chemistry with one another. The Chappas have it and it was an honor to watch 🙂
Love you Chappa family <3
